Soidal Medical Supplies Limited, a subsidiary of Paradise Private Hospital, became Papua New Guinea’s first nationally owned private hospital in 2014. Its full acquisition by Namatanai natives Dr. Robin Sios OBE and Mrs. Janet Sios represents a major milestone for the Sios family and a significant advancement for the nation’s health sector, strengthening access to quality healthcare for the people of PNG.
Today, the hospital operates as a 40-bed facility featuring:
- A maternity wing
- Two private rooms
- A high-dependency unit
- A corporate VIP clinic and cardiac investigations unit
It serves 50,000 outpatients annually and employs 123 medical and support staff.
